Certified All A+ grade devices are fully functional. They can be described as flawless or as new. They do not have any signs of use.

When you create an order please provide your VAT Number. Without VAT Number we Charge 21% VAT. This applies only to countries within the EU. For purchases outside the EU you do not need VAT.

30 Days Warranty 

30 days hardware / software warranty. If hardware fails within 30 days of receiving the phone and there is no accidental damage, you can make an RMA request and we can give you a credit note. We will also fix software failure. Software modification, unauthorized hardware repair, water/physical damage are not covered. 

Accessories are not included in the warranty! 

In the event of any damage or loss during transportation, we are not responsible. We therefore recommend the Shipping Insurance option.  

Product Return Policy (RMA) 

For all replacements and repair requests, please create an RMA request on our website https://www.teleplusgsm.com/returns/guest/guest/   

When we receive your request, we will process as soon as possible. 

All accessories, included with your items must be returned in the same condition as we sent. 

In the case we receive in a different condition, if we approve your RMA request, the items will be regraded and considered as a lower grade. 

When we approve you RMA request you have to send us an item back and our technician will determine if there is enough reason to continue with the RMA process or not.  

In case the item you sent to us has no problems you mentioned or Apple / phone is locked, it will be rejected and we will charge you 29€ per unit including shipping fee. 

 
The amount of Credit Note per item will depend on our current price on the market. 

Money can not be refunded, it can only be used for any of the following purchases. 

Your RMA request may be refused in the event of: 

 
- Any kind of "Touch ID issue" 

- iCloud locked  

- Passcode locked  

- Compass problems or any kind of problems caused by Apple Software 

- It is pre-opened or repaired by any other except TelePlusGSM 

- Burned out pixel, points or scratches (this only applies to A, B and C grade) 

 
Make sure to submit your request first, otherwise if you send a product without a pre-filed request, your request will be rejected. 

 
In the event of any loss or damage in the return of the product, we will not be liable. 

Pay attention when you send a product to us, in the event you send it to another company or at the wrong address we will not be responsible.
